Special acknowledgement to the melody "A Welcoming Rain" by Lee Moon Se which I used in the video.

Prologue

The Song of the Unicorn

Away from Your Love

“In our embrace they have sought relief

We have been there in their times of grief

The winds and the rains never fell adrift,

And snow showed their gleam

Our world keeps on turning as You have planned,

Our days, nights and seasons continue to change,

For even the sun, even the stars,

Never failed to appear above!

But there’s one thing,

May I ask about the rest of us,

Where did our smile go?

Has it gone with our rapture, in time?

Refrain:

Oh what is there that’s in their hearts

That makes them worthy of Your great love?

And You say that in a minute it can gladly make

my heart believe and even skip a beat!

Oh what is there that’s in their hearts

That makes them worthy of Your love?

You say that Your great love in this big world of ours

can never keep them apart!

Nothing can keep them apart…

Nothing can keep them away from Your love!

Hmmmm…

Notes: The Song of the Unicorn is a question asked by the main character in this book series. She is an unusual girl called "Haurnjana" ( the horn) or Serenita, "The Serenade". Haurnjana lives with her father near a run-down car factory, in a remote, poor district of "Plethora" which is now known as the new Earth...
